Refund Policy
Version 1.0, effective 25 September 2026. Part of the Terms of Sale and Use.
Credits never expire, and you can get your money back for credits you have not used.
Unused credits: 14 days
Within 14 days of a purchase, you can ask for a refund of the credits of that purchase you have not used. We refund the unused share of the price paid. Example: you bought 1,000 credits for USD 39 and used 200; we refund USD 31.20.
Faulty results: 30 days
If a result is clearly defective, for example the subject is cut off or missing, send us the date and time of the request or the image within 30 days. We restore the credits used for it.
If lassocut closes
We will give at least 90 days' notice by email and on this website, and refund the unused share of the credits you bought in the 24 months before the notice. Your credits will not simply expire.
How to ask
Write to contact@lassocut.com from your account email, with the purchase date. We reply within 2 business days and pay refunds to the original card, usually within 10 business days. Free calls are not refundable. Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: a dispute may suspend the account while it is reviewed.
